Refund & Cancellation

This refund and cancellation policy applies to all purchases from GaadiMech, encompassing both physical products and services. GaadiMech reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
01General Refund Policy
No Automatic Refunds
Unless explicitly stated or required by law, all payments made to GaadiMech are final and non-refundable. GaadiMech operates as an intermediary platform.
1.1 Physical Products
To be eligible, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in original condition with labels intact. Refunds/exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Not available for misuse or normal wear and tear. Custom products are non-refundable unless defective.
1.2 Services
Strict No-Refund Policy for Services: Evaluated case-by-case; only for material failure solely attributable to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
GaadiMech acts as an intermediary. Quality/workmanship disputes must be resolved directly with the independent third-party service provider.
02Refund Process and Procedures
2.1 How to Initiate Request
Contact 8448285289 or contact@gaadimech.com within 7 days (products) or 24 hours (services). Provide:
Review Process: 7-14 business days subject to GaadiMech sole discretion.
2.2 Returns & Inspection
Shipping: Item must be securely packed and sent to: ATFEM KhetiGaadi Pvt. Ltd. Yashawant Nagar, Wagholi, Pune. User is responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
Approval: Notification of approval/rejection within 7-10 business days after receipt. Rejected returns may be returned at user expense.
2.4 Refund Issuance Timelines
Processed via original gateway (Razorpay/PhonePe). GaadiMech is not responsible for gateway or banking delays. Amount refunded will minus any applicable fees. No liability for interest or penalties on delays.

04Order Cancellation
4.1 Service Bookings
- At least 2 hours before scheduled time.
- Late cancellations subject to fees.
- Not permitted after provider arrival.
4.2 Product Orders
- Before shifting via customer service.
- After shipping follows return process.
- Custom products cannot be cancelled.
05 Exchanges
Only for defective/damaged items; subject to availability.
06 Late Refunds
Check bank/card first; then gateway. Company responsibility ends after transmission to gateway.
07 Shipping
Mail to provided address. Shipping costs are non-refundable & deducted from refund.
08Payment Gateway integration
PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER
GAADIMECH DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, DELAYS, FRAUD, OR FAILURES ON GATEWAY PLATFORMS. DISPUTES REGARDING PROCESSING OR CHARGEBACKS MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY WITH THE GATEWAY PROVIDER.
09Limitation of Liability
LIABILITY CAP
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No warranties provided for specific timeframes.
10Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes exceeding INR 50,000 resolved through binding arbitration in Jaipur.
